01
Who is Valor Tactical Performance built for?
Military candidates, law enforcement and first responder professionals, combat athletes, veterans, and driven civilians between 25 and 45 who want a standards-based training environment with real coaching and real accountability. If you are serious about being capable — you belong here.
02
Where are you located and do you offer remote coaching?
We train out of Mobtown Athletics at 1928 Greenspring Dr, Timonium, MD 21093. All coaching is in-person. We do not offer remote programming at this time.
03
How do I get started?
Submit an application through our Apply page. We schedule a consultation, assess your current capacity and goals, and place you in the appropriate program. Not every applicant is accepted into every program.
04
What is the difference between group training and Selection Prep?
Group training is the core program — structured weekly sessions open to all membership tiers. Selection Prep is a high-touch, invitation-based coaching service built specifically for candidates pursuing special operations pipelines, tactical law enforcement, and demanding selection courses — BUD/S and Naval Special Warfare, Air Force Special Warfare (TACP, CCT, PJ, SR), SFAS, RASP and 75th Ranger Regiment, MARSOC, SWAT and tactical law enforcement selection, and Officer Candidate School or service academy prep. Enrollment requires a completed intake assessment and direct coach approval. Not every applicant is accepted.
05
I train BJJ or Muay Thai. Is this the right program for me?
Yes. Valor has a dedicated Combat Athlete Development track built around the specific physical demands of combat sports. Strength, conditioning, mobility, and recovery systems designed to support your training — not compete with it.
06
What does the weekly training schedule look like?
Monday is pull and posterior chain. Tuesday is press and upper body strength. Wednesday is movement and athletic coordination. Thursday is lower body tactical strength. Friday is recovery and mobility. Saturday is off-site field evolution. Every day has a specific purpose.
07
What are your membership prices?
Membership ranges from $229 to $299 per month depending on commitment length. Founding Member pricing at $249 per month with a permanent rate lock is available for the first 15 members only. Pricing for Selection Preparation is discussed during your intake consultation based on your specific timeline, current capacity, and program track. Contact coach@valortacticalperformance.com to begin the process. Full pricing details are on the Programs page.
08
What makes Valor different from other fitness and performance coaches?
Real operational experience — 20 years, Air Force Special Warfare, TACP/JTAC. Programming built around what selection, the operational community, combat sports, and high-performance living actually demand. A culture that holds everyone to the same standard. And Friday recovery built intentionally into the weekly system — because longevity is part of the standard, not an afterthought.
09
Do I need to be in great shape before I start?
You need to be serious. Your current fitness level determines which program is the right starting point — not whether you belong here. The intake assessment establishes your baseline and sets the starting point.
10
What is the Founding Member offer and how long is it available?
The first 15 members who join during our launch window lock in at $249 per month permanently — for as long as their membership remains active. This rate does not increase. It is the best opportunity to enter the program and it is strictly limited.
11
Do you provide preparation materials or training standards?
Yes. Every athlete who enters a Valor program receives program-specific preparation standards, benchmarks, and resources at intake — tailored to their track and current capacity. You will not arrive without a roadmap.
12
Do you offer programs for young men and teams?
Yes. Valor offers structured team and youth development sessions for high school athletic teams, young men's groups, and organized team environments. These are events-based engagements focused on physical challenge, leadership, culture, and accountability. Contact us directly at coach@valortacticalperformance.com to discuss bringing Valor to your team or group.
13
What is a Saturday Field Evolution?
Every Saturday Valor takes training off-site. Rucks, carries, trails, team events, and loaded movement in environments that challenge more than your fitness. This is where culture forms, standards get tested under real conditions, and the Valor community becomes something more than a gym. Saturday evolutions are included in all membership tiers.
