Built By Someone Who Has Been There.

I didn't grow up with an easy path.
Raised in a single-mother household, I learned early what hard work, sacrifice, and perseverance looked like. But it wasn't until I found sports and training that I truly found direction. For the first time I experienced the power of teamwork, camaraderie, accountability, and belonging.
Training became more than physical improvement. It became purpose.
That pursuit eventually led me into military service, where those same values were reinforced through service, leadership, brotherhood, and shared adversity. Over the course of a 25+ year career in the United States Air Force including service in Air Force Special Warfare as a JTAC, I operated and led in environments that demanded everything. The military gave me opportunities that changed my life, and I poured everything I had back into that mission through years of dedication and mentoring others.
The lessons I learned through training and service continue to shape who I am and how I coach today.
Valor Tactical Performance was built to give that same opportunity back to others.
This is not about ego, trends, or fitness culture. It is about surrounding yourself with people who want to improve, challenge themselves, and grow together. Building confidence through discipline. Purpose through effort. Resilience through shared experience.
I want Valor to be a place where people train with intention, support one another, and pursue a higher standard, whether they are preparing for military or law enforcement service, competing in combat sports, overcoming a difficult chapter, or simply refusing to accept a lesser version of themselves.
Because sometimes the right environment, the right mentorship, and the right team can change the direction of someone's life.
It did for me.
